This December, the magic begins with an all new interpretation of a timeless favorite. Based on the original tale The Nutcracker and the Mouse King by E.T.A. Hoffmann and set to Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky's classic score, The Nutcracker will come alive on stage, immersing audiences in an extraordinary fantasy world. Artistic Director and Choreographer James Canfield has secured the creative force of Scenery and Prop Designer Patricia Ruel and Costume Designer Sandra Woodall, both internationally recognized artists, to bring this imaginative production to life. Nevada Ballet Theatre is proud to present this enchanting ballet experience for the 2012 holiday season.
