Adult Program
Adult Ballet classes include “Absolute Beginner” Ballet, Intermediate/Advanced Ballet and Pilates. Some summer classes are taught by professional company dancers from Nevada Ballet Theatre.

Absolute Beginner Ballet
This class is designed for the adult student who has little or no dance experience. This is a perfect class for parents whose children are enrolled in the Academy – you can dance too! Dance novices will benefit from this easy non-intimidating workout.

Intermediate/Advanced Ballet
This ballet class is appropriate for the intermediate level student who has a moderate amount of dance experience to the seasoned professional level dancer. This is a fun class that is favored by those in the local entertainment industry.

Pilates
Pilates classes offer a mind/body approach to exercise and physical awareness that draws inspiration from a broad spectrum of influences including yoga, Tai Chi, weightlifting, and boxing, as well as other sports. These classes are for all levels and may be in the classroom on mats, or in the Pilates room using Pilates equipment.
